After wearing someone else's hair, Paris Hilton was sued Wednesday.
Hairtech International Inc., company that makes hair extensions insisted that the hotel heiress breached her contract to wear and promote their product when she wore the fake locks of a competitor in 2008.
The company is seeking $35 million for damages. The fraud and breach-of-contract suit cites the heiress' partying as contrary to Hairtech's marketing campaign.
The filing also includes Hilton failed to attend a a launch party for the hair extension line because she was in jail in 2007. Hilton served 23 days in 2007 after she was caught driving twice on a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving.
Hilton's publicist Dawn Miller is not available to giveout comments and reactions.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton pays tribute to the golden age of celebrity by transforming her looks into Marilyn Monroe months before Halloween.
Hilton, donned up as her favorite actress of the silver screen to celebrate the release of her tenth fragrance, Tease, or perhaps we should call it Eau de Marilyn. Hilton took her as an inspiration for the scent.
"I love Marilyn Monroe," purred Hilton as she slinked down the hot pink carpet, blonde locks styled in voluminous curls and her signature pout painted red. "She's always been one of my fashion icons. Doing my tenth fragrance I just thought, she's a 10, and I have to do something to honor Marilyn."
She describes Tease "sophisticated and glamorous. It's flirty and fun, confident and sexy."

Paris Hilton Caught Kissing Paul Iacono
Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton was caught kissing the star of her future brother-in-law's new TV show backstage at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, June 6.
Paris was snapped smooching with actor Paul Iacono, who stars in David Katzenberg's new TV project "The Hard Times of RJ Berger".
A party guest says, "We thought it was a publicity stunt at first, but Paris was really making out with this guy."
Paris' siter, Nicky Hilton, is Katzenberg's longtime girlfriend, has sparked rumor that the young actor is her latest man.
She writes on her Twitter, "My new boy toy is hot," and links to a picture story about her night of passion with Iacono.

Paris Hilton and Sam Worthington Spotted at Las Vegas Nightclub
During Memorial Day weekend, Heiress Paris Hilton partied up at Grand Opening of Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Paris rocked the event as she joined on stage Kaskade Sundays and started dancing and singing along with the group's song "I'm in Miami B**ch".
Obviously enjoying the performance was "Avatar" star Sam Worthington.
The actor arrived at the venue with an eco-friendly bag. Sam watched the party scene from a second story cabana while partying with a large group.
Aside from Paris and Sam were "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Stacy Keibler and New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush.
Stacy and Reggie went back to the venue for a second day with close friends and his sister.

Doug Reinhardt Spotted With New Girlfriend
"The Hills" star Doug Reinhardt seems to be over and done with his former flame Paris Hilton.
On Thursday, May 27, Doug was caught by a snapper shopping at the Fred Segal store with his seems to be his new girlfriend.
Doug looked relaxed in his dark long-sleeved T-shirt topped up with a cap. Meanwhile, the brunette beauty with him was wearing jeans and light purple T-shirt.
The couple was spotted previously way back on April 24, few days after he broke up from hotel heiress Paris.
The two was seen at BOA steakhouse in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. A source said, "Doug is dating this really, really cool girl called Whitney. She's adorable and he's pretty crazy about her."
"She's a small town, really low-key and sweet, funny girl who works in pharmaceuticals and they have known each other for years," the source continued. "Doug and Whitney have been friends and remained platonic while he was dating Paris, but after Doug finished with Paris he and Whitney reconnected and realized their feelings ran deeper than just friends."
