Newly wed Megan Fox makes a surprise appearance at the 2010 VH1 Do Something! Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium on Monday (July 19).
Fox, 24, introduced one of the five finalists of the evening — Mark Rembert, 25, from Wilmington, OH.
Megan sported a Azzedine Alaia dress, Brian Atwood shoes, plus a Christian Louboutin clutch & earrings and a big ring from Neil Lane.
