After the rumor that Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag's soon-to-be ex-husband plans to release their sex tape, the reality tv star Heidi Montag has now reportedly agreed to get down to business with porn company Vivid Entertainment to go public with their alleged sex tape, TMZ reported.
According to the site, Heidi is aware that the sex tape exists.
Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of the porn company, landed at Costa Rica and made an offer on the sex tape, Heidi was said willing to hear him out.
Some of the the footage being discussed is the one which features Heidi's girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.
Moreover, The site reported that Heidi wants Steven to give her the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian's sex tape because she may be interested in working out a "back-end deal" if he fails to give her satisfying cash up front.
Initially, the reported sex tape offer was first started with Spencer's negotiation with Vivid. Steven confirmed to the site that Spencer indeed came to him in a bid to release the sex tape. Steven said, "I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag. We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."
Currently the divorce of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in the works. Heidi's rep stated that the divorce papers have been filed in the Santa Monica, California courthouse on Thursday afternoon, August 19. The former couple wed in November 2008.

Kim Kardashian's sister, in Skimpy Swimsuit
Kardashians are known for their oozing appeal and sexiness. Now, another sister flaunts her curves in a skimpy bikini.
Kim Kardashian proudly posted a series of sexy shots of her half sister Kendall Jenner in her blog on Monday, July 19.
Together with the photos, Kim wrote, "Here are the final shots from Kendall's beach photo shoot the other day with Nick Saglimbeni!! They turned out sooo gorgeous!! I am so proud of Kendall. She's going to take over the modeling world... you just watch! :)"
Although 14 years old, Kendall have no qualms in taking off her clothes and posing in front of the camera in a skimpy bikini.
In January, Kendall was proclaimed as the new model for Forever 21's Twist.
She told E! Online, "I looked to Kim for posing advice. said to put my own style into the clothes that I was wearing. I was a little nervous before the shoot, but after I started taking a couple of pictures it just flowed and it was so fun."

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush Reconciled?
Rumor has it that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush gave their relationship another shot.
Reportedly, the reconciliation took place after Kim's mother Kris Jenner talked the NFL star over the phone.
A source revealed that initially, the chat was just light, afterwards, it became a moving plea that Kim and Reggie are back together.
"They've always had a great relationship. He loves her like his own mother," an insider said.
"They joke around, and Kris can say things to him that most people wouldn't be able to get away with," the insider continued. And the site claimed that whatever Kris has said is working as Kim and Reggie, who split in March, are back together.
Earlier, Reggie admitted that a reunion is possible.
"Yeah, anything's possible. We've always been on good terms, always. No matter what happens."

Botox Is the Only Thing I've Done-Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian has faced gossips about plastic surgery during a recent interview with reporter Cynthia McFadden for ABC News' "Nightline."
The reality TV star said that she has never gone under the knife, except having a botox.
Along with her sisters, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, as well as her mother Kris Jenner, Kim stated, "I'm totally not against plastic surgery." She then added, "I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."
When asked if she ever had her nose done, Kim said, "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done." She continued, "I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't - I wouldn't look the same."
Cynthia later asked about Kim's much-talked butt with the actress explaining, "And my butt, those rumors I just don't think I'll ever outlive them. No butt implants, no butt inject no anything to my butt." And when it came to her bust, Kim jested, "Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done."
If Kim admitted that she had undergone Botox, her big sister Kourtney confessed that she had her breasts done. The mother of one opened up, "I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less. My boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding."
