She's no longer the cute little girl we once knew.
Dakota Fanning looks so glamorous and grown up on the cover of Marie Claire’s August 2010 issue. The magazine will be available in your favorite newsstands Tuesday, July 13.
Dakota Fanning shares her views and opinions with Marie Claire.
When asked about the kissing Kristen Stewart in The Runaways, "It’s out of the way, and it was with my friend and a girl - no pressure. It was not something Cherie and Joan ever really spoke about, and that’s how it was filmed - as not that big of a deal."
Her views on growing up in the business, “When you start out young, people get really attached to who you are at 6 years old. I hope that The Runaways was kind of a moment to be like, ‘You know, I’m not that young little girl anymore, but I’m still not all grown up, either.”

Taylor Swift Cover Girl of 'Marie Claire' July 2010
Taylor Swift will appear on July 2010 cover of Marie Claire.
Swift,20, talks about how song-writing serves as a major therapy for her.
The singer shares, “Everyone in my life knows whenever something happens, the only way it’s going to be over and finished and put to bed is if it’s written about.”
Taylor even shared how she always like to be prepared: “I think about my next move 10 steps ahead. I’m always planning three awards shows ahead. For me, planning is a productive way of stressing out about your life.”
In her interview, Taylor talks about her tour bus, which she and her mom recently recreated after buying the bus from Cher.
“Inside, the bus is a lush girly fantasy in chocolate brown and peacock blue, complete with a tufted brown velvet couch and pearly blonde laminated wood paneling, an electric fireplace (“Because I’m always freezing!”), a big champagne marble bathroom, and a Star Trac treadmill that folds up like a Murphy bed…In Swift’s bedroom, a big turquoise satin jewelry box has the word Barbie written across it in rhinestones, and Swift’s first two multiplatinum albums shine above her silky, pillow-piled turquoise-and-brown bed like twin full moons. A sign over the door reads Never, Never, Never Give Up in curling bronze script.”
