Demi Lovato Will not follow Raunchy Acts of Miley Cyrus

Fellow Disney teen star of Miley Cyrus' Demi Lovato, has expressed her lack of interest in following the footsteps of Miley.

"I don't think it's going to change my image, not drastically," she told E! Online at the recent VH1's Do Something Awards. "It's going to be what you're seeing of me right now. It's going to be very Demi." On how it will show her evolution as a "more mature" girl, she explained, "It's definitely grown up, but in a classy way."

The young singer is working on a new record, Demi Lovato is touring with Jonas Brothers and the other cast of "Camp Rock" to promote the TV movie's sequel "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam".

2010 Teen Choice Awards: Nominees for Fashion and Beauty Category

Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez are nominees in Teen  Choice Red Carpet for the Fashion Icon - Female category, in which they will also be contending with Lady GaGa, Eva Longoria and Katy Perry.

2010 Teen Choice Awards is held to give recognition for the year's biggest achievements in music, movies, sports, television, fashion, and more. For the upcoming event, teens aged at 14 - 19 can vote for their winners at TeenChoiceAwards.com. The show will be aired live on Monday, August 9 at 8/7c on Fox with Katy Perry serving as the host.

Kevin Zeger Thinks Making Out With Miley Cyrus 'Weird'

Kevin Zegers shreds views and opinions about his experience kissing one of famous American pop stars, Miley Cyrus. Kevin stars in Miley's new music video "Big Big Bang."

In the video,  they did a make-out scene, but instead of calling it hot or breathtaking, Kevin described the kissing experience "weird".

When asked why, he explained to MTV News, "Liam was there, and he seems like a very, very nice man, and my girlfriend, who actually works with Miley, was also there." He continued, "So it was actually a lot stranger than it normally would be sort of making out with somebody on set."

"Normally they don't really know the people in your life, but Miley knows my girlfriend quite well actually, and I got to meet Liam. These things are very weird," Kevin, whose new movie "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde" will be released this year.

Miley Cyrus Mad at Justin Bieber's Midnight Prank Call

Miley Cyrus was fuming  with teen star Justin Bieber after he swamped her phone with prank calls while she was in London.

The "Hannah Montana" star blew her top when bieber continued to phone her in the middle of the night and now she has swore to get even with the "Baby" hitmaker.

She says in an interview, "He prank called me, not realizing the time difference yesterday, at like three o'clock in the morning. I was about to kill! He kept ringing! I was yelling because I thought it was someone that got my number; my number gets out. So I changed my number and he kept pranking me."

"I really did believe it was a kid or something so I was like, 'I can't really yell 'cause I think it's a kid but I'm not really sure.' Finally, I was like (shouting), 'It's three o'clock in the morning!' He was like, 'Ha ha ha ha, it's Bieber. Call me back.' I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I'm going to hurt this kid.' My little sister loves him, but I'm going to kill him."

Miley Cyrus Reacts to Controversy Over 'Britain's Got Talent' Performance

Miley Cyrus was said to be mad over negative reactions she received after doing a girl-on-girl action on "Britain's Got Talent".

The "Hannah Montana" star slammed on people to "get over it" because "nothing happened" and "there are wayyyyyyy more important things in the world" to take care of.

Miley made her statement on her official blog by acknowledging fans for their supports. Then, she continued to slam media, saying "There are so many people out there that are so negative and always causing new issues. I feel like the entertainment industry has become nothing but a disgusting tabloid."
"There were some amazinnnggg acts (but of course no one could focus on that.) I had such a blast and was so honored to be on that stage. That being said during my performance I supposedly 'KISSED A GIRL' and this is the newest thing to cause controversy."
She further noted that she didn't kiss her female dancer despite what people had claimed. "It is ridiculous that two entertainers cant even rock out with each other without the media making it some type of story. I really hope my fans are not disappointed in me because the truth is I did nothing wrong," she said.
"I got up there and did my job which is to perform to the best of my ability. I just want to put an end to this right now and just say one thing to everyone out there making this performance such a big deal,Lets start focusing a little less on making up ignorant rumors and focus a little more on world peace!"

Miley Cyrus almost kissed a female(Video)

Amid all negative comments about her raunchy new image, Miley Cyrus never ceases to amaze audience by giving racy stage acts.

Following her performance in revealing outfits for her tween and teen fans at Rock in Rio Music Festival, the "Hannah Montana" star gave her fans  another saucy show as she took the stage of "Britain's Got Talent" on June 3.

Sporting a black shredded jumpsuit that looks like the one she wore on "Can't Be Tamed" music video, Miley performed a girl-on-girl action when doing her number. If ever Compared to Britney Spears and Madonna's lesbian kiss and Adam Lambert's AMAs same-sex kiss, her act however, was much tamer.

The singer only lowered her head, as if about to smooch her female backing dancer.

After her number, she told hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, "I was a little nervous there's so many talented people here tonight.'"

Miley Cyrus is still promoting her album "Can't Be Tamed" in Europe. Earlier she visited BBC Radio 1 where she defended her new image, saying, "It's kind of bad but I just don't like when people pick stuff out for me because I just know what I like and what I don't, so I'd just rather take my friends shopping and they can get me what I pick out! Getting all the receipts and all that - I don't really like to ask."

Miley Cyrus snubs 'Glee'

In general, Miley Cyrus blasts musical. For her,  she finds it rather silly to sing out in real life.

The singer-actress has shared her lack of interest on "Glee" even if her song "The Climb" featured once.

In an interview with Billboard magazine for the June issue, Cyrus said, "Honestly, musicals? I just can't."

She added that she can't stand the concept of jumping into a song in the middle of doing something ordinary. "What if this was real life and I was just walking down the street on Rodeo Drive and all of a sudden I just burst into song about how much I love shoes?" she added, pausing a moment before continuing "It would get you hits on YouTube."

When asked which pop culture she's loving, Cyrus answered it's Lady GaGa. "Unlike a lot of artists, all her music does mean something personally," she gushed. However, unlike her, GaGa is a fan of "Glee".

The controversial singer who was given a full episode tribute recently said, "I love 'Glee'. I went to a musical theatre school, and used to dream that someday the students would be singing my songs."

Obviously, Miley is not a fan of phenomenon. Earlier in March, she said that she doesn't get Justin Bieber. "Bieber fever ... I'm not necessarily a fan. I don't listen to that kind of music," she said.

But despite making that statement, she was seen on a dinner date with Bieber two months later and called him her "travel-sized boyfriend".
