On the perfect addition to Glee: “Justin Timberlake would be the perfect Glee guest star: He sings, he dances, and he’s hilarious.” (Producers might be saving Timberlake’s music for the much-anticipated SuperBowl episode.)




 

Lea Michele at AT&T’s BlackBerry Torch launch party

"Glee"star Lea Michele was spotted chatting with fellow actress Christina Ricci at AT&T’s BlackBerry Torch launch party on Wednesday August 11 in Los Angeles.
Michele, 23, donned a Jenni Kayne ensemble, Brian Atwood shoes, Gerard Darel bag, Neil Lane earrings and Jen Cohen ring.
Meanwhile, Glee co-star Mark Salling was also seen bonding with The Secret Life of the American Teenager star Daren Kagasoff (both pictured below).
Lea recently shared THR what music she’s hoping the February episode of Glee will celebrate. She said, “I think they are saving Justin Timberlake for the Super Bowl episode. They have to be, because he is so perfect for our show. He has to be on it! When I met Jessica Biel, like a loser, I asked her to tell Justin to come on our show (laughs). She was a little taken aback and said, ‘Um, OK. I’ll tell him.’ If not Justin, I would hope it would be the sequel to the Madonna episode. She has so many more amazing songs we didn’t even touch.”
 

Ellen DeGeneres, Goodbye American Idol

Reports has it, Ellen DeGeneres will not come back to the judging panel on American Idol for the show's latest season.
DeGeneres released her statement regarding her decision:|
“A couple months ago, I let FOX and the American Idol producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me. I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next. It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for.”
“I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I loved the experience working on Idol and I am very grateful for the year I had, I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”
They say that Idol is said to be shaken following Simon Cowell’s departure. Justin Timberlake, Jessica Simpson and Elton John were rumored to be a part of the show’s tenth season
 

Justin Timberlake Backup Singer of Sheryl Crow

Singer Justin Timberlake does not mind doing the  backup vocals on Sheryl Crow’s cover of Terence Trent D’Arby’s 1988 hit “Sign Your Name.”

The song is said to be out today, July 20. It is off Sheryl’s new album, 100 Miles From Memphis.

Sheryl recently told Billboard, “ happened to be at producing Jamie Foxx, and he was in the hallway. I played for him, and when it got to the chorus he’s like, ‘Who’s doing the backgrounds?’ I said ‘We haven’t done them yet,’ and he said, ‘I got it.’ It was all very organic and, man, perfect.”

Justin Timberlake and Leona Lewis in Glee?

Rumor has it  these two pop singers reportedly were asked to make a cameo appearance in the next season of Glee.

FOX has not yet confirmed nor denied it.

Timberlake, which was one of the Glee's wish list for so long, will be  playing a character instead of himself, if the male singer agrees.

Because of his undeniable  similarity to the show's star Matthew Morrison, Timberlake is lined to play his younger brother.

The producers have successfully convinced Idina Menzel to play Lea Michele's mom because of their resemblance.

"There is more than a little resemblance between Justin and Matthew Morrison who plays Mr Schuester, so the plan to bring Justin in for a cameo as his younger brother is a very popular idea. They are just trying to work it all out at the moment," a source of Absolute Now claimed.

"The cast members are very excited about the prospect of working with him - especially Lea Michele, so it has everybody's seal of approval. They just need to work it all out now. The idea is that he will be a substitute teacher and join the glee club for a week," the insider added.

Meanwhile  Leona, there is a little known detail about Lewis' role in the series. The British singer's casting was first reported by Mirror.co.uk, but Brennan said "no comment" with a smile when The Globe and Mail asked about it.

He said that "Glee" got a lot of requests from celebrities who wants to join or guest in the show but they can't all be accommodated. "You don't want it to be 'The Love Boat'," he said.
