Latest tape: Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva fight about money

Can you still handle more angry Mel Gibson's profanity rants?

RadarOnline has posted another six-minutes of recording of Gibson in a dispute with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The chat was about money. At one point, during their conversation, Oksana raises her voice to him. The Russian singer, who had Mel's financial support as she tried to dabble a music career, gets mad at  him for trying to run her every action.

"You made me moneyless." Oksana tells Mel. "I used to have hundred thousand dollars a year when you met me. You took me, you possessed me. Everything I am you own me with my liver and my kidneys and my thoughts and my soul. Everything! My career, whatever it is. Pathetic career. Whatever it is, it's yours. You control me like marionette. I don't belong to myself, only to you. I can't do anything and I walk on eggshells always with you!

Mel's reply: That's because you're a (expletive) using whore! Now, I own you."

He also accuses her of cheating. When Oksana tells Mel, "I've given you everything. I've been your woman. I've given you a child," he explodes.

Mel Gibson scandal could end his movie career

According to talent agents and studio executives, it will be hard for Gibson to be offered with work as an actor or director on a mainstream project.

Allegedly, Gibson is heard on tapes  giving threats to former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

As Mel Gibson's legal and publicity problems increase, his plan in the future in mainstream Hollywood is turning darker.

Within eight minutes of new audio emerged on Monday caught Gibson's angry and loade with expletive rants to ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The recording, which appeared on the website Radar Online, was followed an earlier release on the site of a tape wherin Gibson used foul and threatening language on Grigorieva as well as the N-word. Monday's audio features an increasingly apoplectic Gibson threatening Grigorieva, with whom he's locked in a child custody battle, yelling at her that she needs a "bat to the side of the head" and that he could put her "in a … rose garden" if he wanted to.

On Friday, the news spread that Gibson was left by his agency, William Morris Endeavor, during the time that the first reports of a diatribe against Grigorieva emerged and as his longtime agent and supporter, Ed Limato, was on his deathbed, both happenings may have been factors in the decision.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that it is currently doing an investigation concerning the actor in a domestic abuse case.

In the latest recording, which will be included to evidence is already being assessed by detectives. Gibson seems to accept that he hit Grigorieva, the mother of his child, when he responds to her mention of him hitting her by saying, "you … deserved it."

Many of Gibson's friends and allies in Hollywood like Jodie Foster have remained quiet as the controversy has grown.

Mel Gibson's ex, can she also get into trouble?

Mel Gibson has an ex girlfriend named Oksana Grigorieva who seemingly recorded several of their less passionate phone conversations. In the said recordings, it sounds as if Gibson was slinging racial insults and misogynist rape fantasies, and could have even confess to beating Grigorieva.

Reportedly, the L.A. County sheriff's office has started an investigation into any crimes Gibson may have done against Grigorieva and, consequently the people of the state of California, including domestic violence. There are hints that Grigorieva's tapes are on their way to the sheriff's office which is to be included in the evidence.

There's also  some talks that Grigorieva may also  have committed a crime too. Making the tapes without Gibson's consent. But this probably isn't the case. Yes, it's definitely illegal to record a phone call in California without both parties' permission, but there is immunity to that law that works in Grigorieva's favor.

According to Cynthia Orr, president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, people can tape or record  conversations secretly in California—if they're trying to gather evidence of a violent crime or another grave violation of the law. Certain that Grigorieva's tapes are reportedly on their way to the sheriff's office, it will work with Grigirieva.

Meanwhile Grigorieva may not be fully innocent, though, since there were some reports show that Gibson wants her investigated for extortion using the tapes. However, that's not the same thing as making the tapes.

It is an issue about someone being beaten here against someone making tapes or demanding money. These two violations are not equal at all.
