Mel Gibson's ex insists the actor hit and bruised their baby during alleged fight

Mel Gibson's fight with his Russian's ex took another level declaring allegations about the actor injuring the couple's infant daughter.

Oksana Grigorieva insists the "Braveheart" actor hit and bruised his 2-month-old daughter while having  an alleged episode of domestic violence on  Jan. 6 at his Malibu residence. This was reported by  RadarOnline.com.

Reportedly, Grigorieva, 40,has photo that will serve as an  evidence revealing a bruise on the baby's chin, supposedly caused by Gibson, a source told Radar.

The photos together with a number of explosive tapes are part of a sealed custody case in which Grigorieva is trying to cut Gibson's access to  their little Lucia, now 8 months old.

Reports say that the Russian singer began recording Gibson's rants to serve as  as evidence of his abusive behavior following the January altercation.

The tapes, got hold of by Radar, supposedly featured Gibson, 54, ranting and panting wildly as he orders sexual favors, gives death threats and uses racial slurs including the N-word.

In a fifth installment, the man believed to be Gibson shouts at Grigorieva and demands that she thank him for spending $5 million on her and supporting her "failed career."

"I don't have any f---ing money. I have to support you and everybody else. I have to sell paintings. I have to sell my box at the Lakers game," the man, believed to be Gibson, snarls. "I spent too much g--damn money on you, and my wife knows."

Gibson's wife for 28 years has filed for divorce last year following the surfacing of photos showing the actor playing on a beach with Grigorieva.

In another part of the secretly taped conversations, Gibson admits he struck his ex-lover as she held their daughter.

"What kind of man is that? Hitting a woman when she's holding a child in her hands?" Grigorieva asks.

"Oh, you're all angry now. You know what, you f---ing deserved it," the man says.

He threatens to bury her in a rose garden and burn the house down in other vile snippets.

A domestic violence investigation was opened by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department  and expects to give the case over to prosecutors next month, a representative told the Daily News.

According to talent agents and studio executives, it will be hard for Gibson to be offered with work as an actor or director on a mainstream project.

Allegedly, Gibson is heard on tapes  giving threats to former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

As Mel Gibson's legal and publicity problems increase, his plan in the future in mainstream Hollywood is turning darker.

Within eight minutes of new audio emerged on Monday caught Gibson's angry and loade with expletive rants to ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The recording, which appeared on the website Radar Online, was followed an earlier release on the site of a tape wherin Gibson used foul and threatening language on Grigorieva as well as the N-word. Monday's audio features an increasingly apoplectic Gibson threatening Grigorieva, with whom he's locked in a child custody battle, yelling at her that she needs a "bat to the side of the head" and that he could put her "in a … rose garden" if he wanted to.

On Friday, the news spread that Gibson was left by his agency, William Morris Endeavor, during the time that the first reports of a diatribe against Grigorieva emerged and as his longtime agent and supporter, Ed Limato, was on his deathbed, both happenings may have been factors in the decision.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that it is currently doing an investigation concerning the actor in a domestic abuse case.

In the latest recording, which will be included to evidence is already being assessed by detectives. Gibson seems to accept that he hit Grigorieva, the mother of his child, when he responds to her mention of him hitting her by saying, "you … deserved it."

Many of Gibson's friends and allies in Hollywood like Jodie Foster have remained quiet as the controversy has grown.
