Heidi Montag Agreed With the Release of Her Sex Tape?

After the rumor that Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag's soon-to-be ex-husband plans to release their sex tape, the reality tv star Heidi Montag has now reportedly agreed to get down to  business with porn company Vivid Entertainment to go public with their alleged sex tape, TMZ reported.
According to the site, Heidi is aware that the sex tape exists.
Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of the porn company,  landed at Costa Rica and made an offer on the sex tape, Heidi was said willing to hear him out.
Some of the the footage being discussed is the one which features Heidi's girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.
Moreover, The site reported that Heidi wants Steven to give her  the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian's sex tape because she may be interested in working out a "back-end deal" if he fails to give her satisfying cash up front.
Initially, the reported sex tape offer was first started with Spencer's negotiation with Vivid. Steven confirmed to the site that Spencer indeed came to him in a bid to release the sex tape. Steven said, "I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag. We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."
Currently the divorce of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in the works. Heidi's rep stated that the divorce papers have been filed in the Santa Monica, California courthouse on Thursday afternoon, August 19. The former couple wed in November 2008.
