Megan Fox, Loses Engagement Ring

Gaffe-master yet gorgeous  Megan Fox, is off the market.

Brian Austin Green, 36, made sure of that by proposing to the 24-year-old 'Transformers' star June 1, Us Weekly reports.

The have been together since 2004, and became engaged in 2007, and called the engagement off in 2009.

"Yes, she is engaged," a rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

The proposal was done in a beach during their Hawaii escapade. Fox appeared to be thrilled by her new status, and was reportedly hopping up and down that actually led her losing her engagement ring, a witness tells the magazine. "Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand."

The ring was a 2-carat diamond Fox and Green chose together in Beverly Hills. "Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it," another source tells Us Weekly. "No one found it."

Fox told reporters, "Oddly, you wouldn't think it, but I'm very domestic. That keeps me sane."

Fox admitted that she stays away from the Hollywood party crowd and maintains friendships even when she became famous. "I sort of distance myself from the Hollywood crowd," she said. "I don't go out and socialize that way."

Meanwhile, Green dropped some details about his ideal wedding, telling PEOPLE, " small ... Originally we were talking elopement and now we might have a few people there."
